Job Summary: The Customer Service department handles all inbound calls from our all customers. Job Qualifications: • Graduates and undergraduate are encouraged to apply. • French school graduates is preferably. • Fluency in FRENCH • Proficiency in using MS Office application • Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills • Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude Job Details and Benefits: • AVAILABLE START DATE: IMMEDIATELY • Flexible with rotational shifts – Last shift ends at 1AM • Working Hours: 8 AM to 1 AM (9 Hrs. shift – 95mins break) • Transportation is provided as a collection point for both males and females.
