FRI-Day...as the beat goes on...A truly good way to end the week...was able to tackle a business matter today...and come out...a WINNER! (smile)...Now, lets be REAL people, my WINS vs. my LOSES kinda just balance out through the years, but somehow, so far, in this adventure called LIFE my score is somewhat balanced (???)...Just relaxin at this point ...Thought Id bring out this scroll by for MOST Folks...but a possible GEM for those of YOU who happen to appreciate what is called REAL JAZZ...Hey, with all due respect to the more modern stuff...Yes, the modern does keep JAZZ Alive...Who am I to quibble over someone makin an honest MUSIC Buck?...But this...aint nothin like the REAL Jazz Experience, far as Im concerned...Dont have a date on this performance...I just know it was prior to December 14th 1963, a SAD day for me & many others, when the voice of DINAH WASHINGTON was silenced...only to be heard after via her wonderful recordings...Some very rare & decent quality VIDEO and SOUND here...The song, ALL OF ME...Words could NEVER describe her voice...Just got to listen to her...in this case watch here caught on stage...entertaining the People...as only could be done by...DINAH WASHINGTON !!! youtube/watch?v=43oNeoK90p8
