FRIDAY 25 April 2014 - NEW LINEUP: As a band, we think that change must be good for us. So much has happened after making a decision to pursue this full-time in 2010. We find that when all is said and done, we still truly love making music... for Singaporeans and for anyone else who gives a crap. We love challenging ourselves to bring new things to listeners and to hold on to this passion and commitment that can be exasperatingly difficult and crazy satisfying in equal parts. Tonight is more than just a launch party for our new remix release. We welcome two new members to The Obs, both amazing musicians: - Cheryl Ong of SA trio (drums, percussion) - Yuen Chee Wai of FEN (noise, synths) We cant wait to record the new album and we are itching like hell to play our first live show as a 5-piece this coming June at The Sub.
