FRIDAY 25 JULY 2014 WOD At TAGG CrossFit we are not just about who has the ability to throw the heaviest weight above their head or achieving the highest score on the whiteboard. Essentially, our goal is to teach you how to move more efficiently and safely. Todays skill section of the WOD is inspired by a physical fitness and education system called MovNat which encompasses the full range of human movement abilities - Running, crawling, jumping, balancing and climbing. They also use the other skills of lifting carrying, throwing and catching. Sounds familiar right... Check out the 7am class learning some new movement skills. SKILL: 5 Rounds of - 2m Side swing traverse - x2 Depth jump to limited landing - 5m Shoulder crawl - x1/1 Balance tripod transition - Balance Foot/Hand crawl METCON: 4 rounds for reps :30 on :30 off - 10m Farmers carry 50/40kg - Row (Calories) - OH Walking Lunges (25/15kg) - Double Unders
