FRIDLEY COMMITMENT DAY TRAINING STARTS Wednesday Our 8-week group training class in preparation for the Commitment Day 5k on New Years Day kicks off tomorrow; Wednesday, Nov. 5th at 6:00 PM. The class is also open to NON-Life Time Members. 8 weeks of training with 2 sessions per week will cost you ONLY $3.10. Yes, thats right.....ONLY $3.10. Register at: commitmentday/ Also, no big deal if you dont get registered before tomorrow night. Just show up before 6:00 PM at the run desk. Now if 5k training isnt your thing you can still register and come for some extra coaching on Wednesday nights. Make the commitment to run an extra night per week and well give you some workouts to improve your speed and strength as a runner. Dont let winter get the best of you.
