FRIENDLY AND PLAYFUL - SICK AFTER ONLY 4 DAYS!! It seems that Sully is a little TOO friendly for his own good, at least by shelter standards. He was so excited to have someone to play with that he pulled hard on the leash to the assessment room and wanted to play and lick the assessors hands and face rather than be tested. How is this a bad thing? The shelter has given him a NH rating, meaning that you will need to contact a New Hope Rescue if you want to save his life. Sully is still young and could benefit from some training but he is a very good boy who was friendly to people and other dogs he met. All he needs is one person to believe in him and help him to learn the proper manners. Sadly for Sully he got sick very quickly at the shelter and now it has been decided that rather than treat him, it would just be easier to kill him. Sully is only about a year and a half old and should have his whole life ahead of him. Please come together and advocate for Sully tonight. Tomorrow will be too late.
