FRIENDS, Now is a CRITICAL time for my lawsuit against US Bank, MERS, Castle Stawiarski, Robert Hopp, and the Public Trustee. US Bank is trying to open a State case on me to foreclose on me via a Judicial foreclosure while my Federal lawsuit is ongoing. Problem is that the State judges have been going by the unconstitutional mandate of HB 06-1387 since 2006 for both JUDICIAL and NON-JUDICIAL foreclosures. This means I will still not get my Constitutional right to Due Process in the state courts...even with a Judicial foreclosure because both are governed by the same law. They can still foreclose without seeing the original note, without chain of title, and without a jury trial. It is now before the Federal judge Martinez to decide if US Bank can indeed resume their State foreclosure case on me. PLEASE PRAY THAT JUDGE MARTINEZ DECIDES TO JOIN BOTH CASES IN THE FEDERAL COURT OR PUT A STAY ON THE STATE CASE UNTIL THE FEDERAL CASE IS DECIDED.
