FRIENDS, STUDENTS, TEACHERS, PARENTS, EVERYONE - PLEASE READ AND WATCH – WE NEED YOUR HELP: Only takes a few minutes of your time! It was once said by Diogenes Laertius, “The foundation of every state is the education of its youth.” We are Tiffany Rogers and Levy George Randolph, and we believe that the power of education can create incredible youth. Unfortunately, the media presents more and more stories that take away from the astounding accomplishments that American youth are achieving. We hear less and less about the positive impact our teachers are having on these students in the classroom. So we’ve been pondering the question, “Why is this?” Inspiring teachers aren’t always highlighted in the media, yet they are highly invested in their students’ futures. Therefore we are launching an all-or-nothing fundraising campaign to help teachers and students alike share their own narratives. This means that if we don’t reach the minimum goal, this project won’t be able to come to life. These videos will highlight those inspirational stories and demonstrate to the American public the outcomes of these communities that truly support education. Our hope is that you will help us in this campaign. We look to empower students, teachers, parents, decision-makers, and all members of the community to actively engage in our nation’s education. We will do this through creating cinematic videos that promote educational organizations and institutions, providing a voice for students and teachers, and bringing awareness to the growing need for investment in the teachers of America and the leaders of the next generation.
