FRIENDSHIP MOTOR SPEEDWAY RACE TEAMS After much consideration and research we have decided to move forward with purchasing an electronic scoring system. There are several advantages to implementing this system and we feel this is just the next step in improving the overall racing experience at Friendship for everyone involved. We realize this is a an additional expense which is why we are informing everyone now. The addition of the electronic scoring system will allow us to improve both our accuracy and time efficiency. Many of our surrounding tracks already have this system in place and they are more than pleased with the results. With Mike and Darlene making this commitment, transponders will be MANDATORY in ALL divisions beginning with our season opener in March 2015. Transponders, and the pouches that contain them, will be available through Friendship at $200 each. For those that do not choose to purchase a transponder, we will have a rental program available as well. We have several exciting things planned next season and we look forward to seeing everyone at The Depot on November 29th for the banquet. If you havent purchased your banquet tickets, please do so as we prepare to celebrate the 2014 season and also preview our exciting plans for 2015. Jason Atkins FMS General Manager
