FROM ANOTHER CUSTOMER: Hi Debbie. I just wanted to tell you that you have wonderful people who work for you. They are so professional and helpful on the telephone which makes it a pleasure to talk to you. My Kohler generator comes on once a week (as it is supposed to) and once, when the lights went out, it came on (as advertised) for ten minutes. It is very re-assuring when the snow flies (as has often been the case this winter) to know that my generator is there and will keep my house warm and well lit when and if the lights go out. It was a pleasure dealing with your staff and the crew who installed the machine. My wife and I will be downsizing in the next five years and our plan is to build a smaller house. You can be quite sure that we will include a Kohler generator to be installed by NE Generator in the building plans. Thank you again for a fine job. David M. Kilnapp
