FROM CAMPAIGN MANAGER BEN POLLARA: I dont want to write this. The fact that I have to is a shame - because to so many of us - support for Amendment 2 is a no brainer. But the opposition wants to preserve the status quo - where seriously ill and injured patients are forced into dangerous narcotics or risk of arrest and prosecution. They want to keep it as is, with the money flowing to their friends in the pharmaceutical companies and jails. So many of you have given so much. We have thousands of donors - and that money has helped keep this campaign alive. But we are at a critical moment: Tomorrow marks 4 weeks to go - and we are running out of runway. We need you now. The patients need you now. If you can contribute or contribute again - whether its $5 or $5,000 - please do so here: https://unitedforcare.nationbuilder/october_50k_goal 4 weeks before the petition deadline, I didnt know if wed make it, but your help actually pulled us through. Every time weve had a deadline - your support has saved us. But were getting to the end of it. I dont like writing these emails - but I have to - because the only way to get and stay on TV, radio, and online is to write really big checks. I have to ask - will you help us reach our goal? Please donate here. https://unitedforcare.nationbuilder/october_50k_goal Thank you, Ben Pollara Campaign Manager United for Care
