FROM MARSHA COYLE HELLO DEMOCRATS!! I hope you all are resting well now that we made it through the first primary. Some of our candidates will face a run off election in August, so that means we have to keep working and help them out as much as possible. Of course the best thing to do is go vote when the time comes and help us get out the vote so that our candidates win. I do want to thank everyone who voted in yesterdays primary election. I cant stress enough how important that really is and what a difference it makes. We have our monthly meeting this Saturday, June 28, beginning at 11:30 AM at The Meeting Place, 104 E Choctaw in beautiful downtown McAlester. Our guest speaker this month is Bill Layden, candidate for judge. I hope you will come and hear what he has to say, meet him and get your questions answered.
