FROM MAYOR RHONDA TRAUTMAN: For anyone watching the City Council Meeting tonight, you may have tuned in to find an empty room. After starting the meeting we actually had to recess for about 20 minutes due to the Tornado Warning and the Sirens. We evacuated to the basement and the upside was we got to hear some tunes being played by the Community Band practicing in the basement. After a 20 min recess we resumed the meeting and proceeded according to the agenda. I encourage everyone to pay heed to the sirens. They are there to protect!
