FROM MICHAEL OBRIEN: The Jingles O’Brien Youth Hockey Scholarship Fundraiser 5th Year Party. JINGLES’ FEST – Our FIFTH and FINAL!!! SEPTEMBER 17 5:00 PM MASONIC TEMPLE Jingles Fest is underway again for its fifth and FINAL year. That’s right, our 5th year will be our last year actively requesting donations for the Jingles O’Brien Youth Hockey Scholarship fund to honor the legacy of Jingles O’Brien along with his love and passion for the game of hockey. In the four short years we have accomplished some outstanding goals with your help. So far we have raised an amazing $200,000 and helped over 60 kids and helped the sled hockey league which assists children with disabilities onto the ice. What an amazing feat, I know my father would be extremely proud of the accomplishments we have made together. If you have made donations in the past, or even considered it, please consider giving one more time. Help us one last time before we “hang up the skates.” Tickets will again include a tailgate style buffet, hors d’oeuvres, and a cash bar. You can further help us raise money by bidding on some of items we will be again offering in the silent auction and raffle while listening to our band for the evening, Universal Sound. This will be our last BIG celebration and our goal is to again expand the scholarship program. Let’s see what we can raise TOGETHER! It is important to note the Jingles O’Brien Youth Hockey Scholarship Fund will continue to provide scholarships for many years to come.
