FROM MY GOOD FRIEND VADIM ROZENGURT ~ IDEAS ~ My awakening into the world of health, wellness and plant life began to truly unfold in September of 2010 when I started studying permaculture at Merritt College. My path was further amplified when I started working at The Food Mill in Oakland as a nutrition consultant back in February of 2012. The many people I have met have taught me greatly and have served as powerful catalyzers for my intuition. At the deeper level, where we are all connected, the suffering of anyone person automatically transfers over to all of us. That is why relieving suffering should be our number one priority. My motivation for creating this website is ultimately to make this human physical experience more joyful and a lot less painful. If you want to stay in touch with me, please submit your information in the form below and I will do my best to stay in touch with you as I discover and experience new forms of information and insights. Indeed this path of self-discovery is both powerfully inspirational and also very tumultuous; however, the experience of improved health and well-being is always worth it. Most importantly, it will be attitude that gets you over the hurdles of problematic food addictions and the accompanying emotional challenges. The attitude of never giving up on yourself is what is being asked of you. And as you get stronger, please share your blessings of knowledge with others as you yourself get closer to the Truth of who you really are. _ Vadim M. Rozengurt June 11th, 2013 .
