FROM MY INBOX; Hi Mugo, am an ardent follower of your updates. I kindly urge you to highlight an issue which has been bothering the residents of Nakuru town, specifically us residents who live along the Nakuru - Nyahururu road for quite some time now. The contractor of this road has for long been playing games with blatant impunity and disregard for the rule of law and the welfare of the residents and the county goverment seems unable or unwilling to do anything about it. This Nyoro guy has been doing repair works at a snails pace and a really terrible job of maintaining this road and us residents are really suffering for the last two or so years. The guy has worked for 5 kms in the last two years and we wonder if he intends to reach Nyahururu in 2030. The worst stretch is between Heshima center and Maili Saba. We are really suffering Mugo as this guy is rumoured to have deep pockets and influence so even the KM government is mum on the issue despite protests and compaints from us residents time and again. What do we do Mugo?
