FROM THE BOARD One of the most talked about “items” donated to the Pet Sitters International Charity Auction to benefit Prison Greyhounds was the IMPD (Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department) Ride-A-Long. This special day spent with the East District of IMPD was arranged by one of our adopters who is an officer. (It was also her fabulous idea!) Sergeant Catherine Cummings adopted Rosie – (Kay Kiowa Rosie) and has been an avid supporter ever since. The top bidder for the Ride-A-Long was professional pet sitter Darlene Ehlers from Ohio. She treated herself to a very special day off from pet sitting for a totally different experience. She loved it! Here are some photos from her memorable day.
