“…FROM THE CITY MANAGER’S OFFICE: It has come to my attention that a number of users have posted a picture and an blog from ireport.cnn. Based upon the fact that we have previously taken posts with links to the video of Lexie being pulled across the street, I would conclude that we should take down any current post that contain photos/screen grabs from the same video. Other posts that do not contain that photo, video or link to same should not be taken down unless they contain other violations of our Terms of Use.”
