FROM THE NEWSROOM: Interstate 90 Erosion Repair In Rapid City RAPID CITY, S.D. – Today, crews will begin work on a seven-mile erosion repair project adjacent to the westbound lanes of Interstate 90 from Exit 61 at the Flying J Truck Stop to Exit 55 near the Harley Davidson store in Rapid City. Work includes placing co-compost, seeding, fertilizing and watering along both shoulders. Traffic on westbound I-90 will be reduced to one lane through the work area. Work should be completed by November 1st.
