FROM THE NEWSROOM: Speaking with John Filchak, Executive Director of the Northeastern Connecticut Council of Governments, he says that an update in wind regulations could showcase a hike in energy production jobs in the future. Several projects have been held up due to the former regulations, and now, they can go ahead with much more understandable rules.
