FROM THE NEWSROOM: WINDSOR LOCKS, Conn. (AP) — A flight tracking service says dozens of flights at Bradley International Airport have been canceled through Wednesday because of a blizzard bearing down on the Northeast. Nearly 60 flights were canceled and another 25 delayed Monday, while nearly 120 have been canceled for Tuesday, according to FlightAware. Nine flights on Wednesday also have been canceled. Connecticut Airport Authority Executive Director Kevin Dillon says the last passenger flight on Monday evening is set to leave at 7 p.m., and most airlines are canceling operations Tuesday at the airport about 15 miles north of Hartford. He expects normal operations to resume late Wednesday. Dillon says officials will try to keep the airport open throughout the storm. Airline employees will be on hand and at least one food vendor will stay open.
