FROZEN the movie.. What DRECK!. OMG I was SO looking forward to watching (yes I love animated movies but GOOD ones). Its a poorly written piece of shite.. always going for the easy joke, cloying songs, lazy language and dumb (for laughs) characterization. OMG those songs..and the stupid narrative and that gratuitous answer to the curse? Unbelievable. It shows John Lasseter as exc producer but this is NOT a Pixar movie.. its the bad Disney wannabe a PIXAR movie. Why cant they get the story better? Compare Finding Nemo with a Sharks Tale. A Bugs Life to Ants ( where the cheap trick was to hire famous actors.. Woody Allen, instead of actually writing good dialogue.) I could go on but since the Disney Pixar merger.. even though John Lasseter drew a hard line that each studio was solely responsible for its own projects and would not be allowed to borrow personnel from or lend tasks out to the other it feels like they have lost the story battle since the merger.. bummer.
