FSM Hit By Two Quakes YAP, FSM (Radio New Zealand International, May 16, 2014) — The Federated States of Micronesia has again been hit by a major earthquake. The US Geological survey says a 6.6 quake was recorded at 16.16 local time on Thursday. E-turbo news says the epicenter was recorded 96 km from Ifalik atoll which has a population of over 500. There are no reports of damage or injuries. The FSM was hit by a 6.5 quake on Wednesday.
