A comparision of 23 scientific studies on weight loss in low-carb and low-fat diets provide a clear result: People on a low-carb diet often lose up to 3 times as much weight as low-fat groups (source: authoritynutrition/23-studies-on-low-carb-and-low-fat-diets/). We think that the tendency is right but every body reacts differently to different diets. What`s your experience on diets? What would you recommend?
