FUKUSIMA Nuclear Electric Power Generation Plants have designed and constructed by GE and TOSHIBA／HITACHI Conglomerate. The permission have supplied by Japanese government without the severe evaluation of all the crisis assumption. TSUNAMI and Huge Earthquake have been judged by no evidence thinking of the government and TEPCO. Further, government decided construction for enforcement. Recently, some Diet member pressedfor the secondary reinforcement construction of the broken plants against TSUNAMI etch but Japanese government and TEPCO have never agreed. After this accident, so much waste water which contains radioactive elements have been exhausting . This is the reason why adsorption mechanism and basic theory is ERROR ,because adsorbed 137Cs is easily replaced by Na ion of the Sea Water which have been supplied as a Coolant. No scientist have such a simple evidence because nuclear technologists have no talents as for minerallogy and chemical basic knowledge. So many fishermans feels anxious against ffurther pollution. Recent Defense system is the lower treatment method which have been used in normal construction system such as tunnel.
