FULL INGREDIENTS By Adina Ingredients: 2 tbsp of chia seeds soaked in 1/4 cup water 2 tbsp of SPROUTED ground flaxseeds soaked in 1/4 cup water In one bowl place: 1 scoop vega one protein either plain or sport performance 3/4 cup corn meal 1/2 cup chick pea flour 1/3-1/2 cup stevia (or coconut palm sugar) 1 tsp baking soda 2 tsp baking powder 1/8 tsp himalayan salt In another bowl: 1 cup unsweetened COCONUT MILK :) 1/2 cup egg whites ( I used golden you can use fresh) 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 cup water and pour the gel mixtures of chia and flax into it STIR and when ready pour into dry mixture ADD 1 tsp vanilla and 35 gram 71% cacao chocolate chips Nutrition per muffin MAKES 16 70 calories, 3 grams protein, 3 grams fat, 8 grams carbs and 2 grams fibre
