FULL-TIME BENEFITTED position paying $14-$15/hr., based on your qualifications. Some of the requirements for this position are: • Associate’s degree in Business Administration or other complementary field of study or equivalent experience and/or education • 2 yrs. experience in a sales/project support capacity, preferable in a technical environment, at least 1 yr. experience in a support role of projects with customer interface experience in a large corporate environment • Strong working knowledge of PC applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook. Working knowledge of Microsoft Project is a plus. • Demonstrates a clear & succinct writing style for the purpose of completing status & project documents • Facilitation & collaboration skills Some of the tasks completed in this position are: • Primary point of contact for the Project Manager for reporting & status of projects assigned to him/her • First point of contact for customers for project scheduling information, daily activity status and general tactical questions regarding the project • Coordinates scheduling of the technical field staff to meet client’s project needs, requiring close coordination with the project management team to balance the competing demands of technical resources against the project schedule • Assist with data tracking and reporting of transactional work activity, assets & invoicing • Provide work instructions, process training & record work effort of the technical resources assigned to the project No driving or travel is required for this position.
