FUNNy Sides of the election..... for the HIGHEST POSITION in an Organization. Why cant somebody nominate his/her direct superior if he/she believes on him/her? Why do fellow subordinates preferred their friends than their superiors? Why cant a wife nominate her husband if she believes on him? Why is a wife interested to vote someone over her husband? Why does everyone refuse for the highest position? 21st CENTURY na, pabayaw bayaw japun lima?... Can we change the system? Instead of nominating the traditional way, can we use secrecy ballots and post vacancies ahead of time and let the qualified members be empowered for themselves to apply for the positions?....Is screening needed? Then let the Committee on COMELEC do their job. SERIOUS Sides: Why did everyone vote somebody who is not willing in the position? Why did people vote without thinking and examining whats gong on within the business of the organization? Remember, to VOTE is a RIGHT of every qualified member in an organization, but more than his/her participation to vote, is his/her right to know the TRUTH and be informed with the business and TRANSPARENCY of the administration. General assembly is the highest collective body of the organization and an avenue where members can exercise their rights, being PRESENT and to PARTICIPATE in decision making.
