FYI - when you work hard consistently over time, a few days off from workouts with crap food, red wine, and chocolate will NOT ruin your muscle tone. Im 35, mom of 4, run a business from home, cook 2-3 meals a day, and yes, I make time to workout once or even twice a day. When I dont, I dont feel like me. Just sayin... There are perks to making this a lifestyle long term. (Beginners cannot risk breaks until its a solid habit.)
