FYI: Delivery of The Express Everyone outside of the Mechanicville zip code of 12118 has been plagued by bad delivery recently. The problem is in the Albany post office . It has absorbed the mail volume of the Kingston branch. Unfortunately all subscribers to The Express who live outside of Mechanicville must get their mail routed through Albany. WE have a partial solution. We have arranged for a truck which will leave on Wednesday afternoon and deliver The Express directly to the Stillwater post office. For those outside the 12118 and 12170 zip codes we will have to come up with a different solution. There will be more details on that next week. Tom Mahoney Publisher
