Peace, jsb JOB TITLE: Marketing & Media Relations Director DEPARTMENT: Marketing REPORTS TO: Producing Director POSITION SUMMARY: The Marketing & Media Relations Director is responsible for creating and implementing a multi-media marketing campaign for ten to twelve projects and the overall season. Scope of responsibility includes, but is not limited to media relations, graphic design, website, social media and coordinating necessary details to market the productions and Theatre. Strong attention to detail, meeting deadlines and grace under pressure are essential. This position needs to be filled by April 14, 2014. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must have a demonstrated technical ability in media relations and strong graphic design skills. Candidate must also have ability to work with website and social media outlets. Impeccable attention to detail and ability to work as a team in a fast-paced, goal oriented environment are essential. Candidate must also consent to a background check. TECHNICAL PROFICIENCIES: Must be able to work with Adobe Creative Suite – particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat. Word (documents and mail merge), Excel, Publisher, and Microsoft Outlook.
