FYI HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION (HOA) Booting cars of tenants if Owner/Landlord doesnt pay their HOA dues!!! Ummm . I totally disagree with this !! I recently sold two townhouses in two different subdivisions. Neither HOA has been in compliance with their own HOA Guidelines/obligations: 1) Pressure washing the exterior of all Units 2) keep gutters cleaned (their now flower boxes) 3) maintaining roof; etc etc etc. Fortunately, my Investor is very proactive and calling writing daily until some action is taken. As a Listing Agent, I am also writing and calling the HOA about one of my listings because the feedback from agents with prospective buyers are primarily the three Items I mentioned above.
