FYI, I prooobably wont be posting much for the next little while. Tyler is in hospital for a day or two (weve been here since yesterday arvo, actually). Nothing to worry about, improving already. BUT I do want to say a little bit about the food thus far... There has been a lot of negativity around hospital food lately. I told the nurses last night that his intolerances are wheat and preservatives (gotta keep it simple sometimes). This morning for breakfast, T received scrambled eggs, porridge, pure honey, a couple of corn crackers, and a mini bottle of full cream milk. I actually think, as far as hospital food goes, that it wasnt so bad! At least he didnt end up with a sugar-laden gluten free cereal. We avoided the porridge, as the nurses didnt know if they were wheat-free oats when I questioned them. I ducked over to the main building which has a little organic convenience store of sorts, and managed to get some organic butter and a couple of bottles of kombucha. So far, so good! Ill be back in action soon, Im sure - although I do have uni exams and some other big deadlines this week and next week too! Good luck to those who are also sitting exams this month. :)
