FYI News Alert - NARA facility in Anchorage to close in 2014! In FY 2014, we will be closing our facility in Anchorage, AK, and consolidating our two Philadelphia, PA, facilities into one. In FY 2016, we will consolidate our two Fort Worth, TX, facilities into one. We are also exploring the possibility of moving the Office of the Federal Register (OFR) and the Office of Government Information Services (OGIS) to be co-located with the Government Printing Office (GPO) in their headquarters building in Washington, DC. The 12,000 cubic feet of archival and records center holdings in Alaska will be moved to our facility in Seattle, WA. DAVID S. FERRIERO Archivist of the United States
