FYI: Our Pampered Chef customers are THE BEST!!! Heres an update from our home office. So this means... 1. You all rock! 300% more than Cyber Monday - WOW!! 2. You dont have to sit by your computer. As soon as they notify us about WHEN things will re-launch, I will notify all of you!! At midnight, we experienced traffic to the site at least 300% higher than the peak on Cyber Monday. While we tested rigorously ahead to ensure we were capable of handling increased traffic and orders, we did not have the appropriate capacity available to handle the significant traffic at midnight. The team has been working throughout the night to bring on additional server capacity to sustain increased traffic. Unfortunately, right now, were not able to give you an exact re-start time, as were doing everything in our power to ensure we dont have a repeat site failure. To accelerate the communication, well notify all Consultants simultaneously on the details of the relaunch of the sale once the site is properly functioning again.
