FYI: PUBLIC NOTICE This notice is to be posted visible to the public and police on a public sidewalk. PERMIT: The 1st Amendment to the US Constitution is our permit. LOITERING: Our lawful reason for being here is that we are conducting political speech for redress of grievances. BUSINESS: We are not advertising a commercial business or service. ENCROACHMENTS : We are not constructing a building or obstructing traffic, and the signs and flags we install for the duration of our event will be removed when we finish, but may remain longer if we are issued a notice. TRAFFIC SAFETY: We refuse to accept responsibility for how other people drive their cars. We are not operating a motor vehicle.
