FYI. This is from a recent interview with Adrian Belew: Do you continue to tour with the Crimson ProjeKCt? The Crimson ProjeKCt is done for the moment. As you know Tony [Levin] and Pat [Mastelotto] are in the new King Crimson and I wasnt asked to be in the new King Crimson so Im not in that band. I didnt know that. Their schedule is as yet undefined. I know theyre playing in September and theres some talk of them playing beyond that. So until theyve sorted that out, we cant really do anything with Crimson ProjeKCt because with Tony and Pat, King Crimson is their first choice to do. If they have shows with King Crimson, theyll do these before the shows with Crimson ProjeKCt. So its sort of wait and see? Having said that, I think the Crimson ProjeKCt has been a really great experiment and much more than that by now. Weve played over a 100 shows together and really powerful, good shows. All of the people involved in the band love each other and love the music and get along really well. Its been a joy to do it and weve played for audiences all over the world. If it has to take a break now thats OK. I have plenty of other things to do. If it never resumes again, that would be said. But I dont know at this point what will happen.
