FYI: To all JLYCC and FB Friends, Our JLYCC Cebu City Pastor Malou Martinez and her Team went to Bantayan Island, Cebu to extend our financial assistance and relief goods which we had sent them. She said there were no assistance coming from the Government yet when they arrived there and yet it was also extensively ravaged by the Super Typhoon Yolanda. Their going there was so timely since the people were very hungry and desperate for help and even for care and concern. We also sent to our JLYCC Capiz Pastor Gil Lopez a substantial financial assistance today to repair our severely damaged Mission House and to help out our indigent brethren who were afflicted by the calamity. Next week, I will send a team to Capiz to bring all the clothing, blankets, utensils, canned goods... that you are sending in our Main office. Be rest assured that every contribution you are sending goes to those concerned recipients. Tomorrow, in all Our Sunday Worship Services, I enjoin all JLYCC churches to gather a special offering for the YOLANDA victims. But whoever has this worlds goods, and sees his brother in need, and shuts up his heart from him, how does the love of GOD abide in him?
