FYI ~ Town/Ward Chairs as promised (thank you Kate): As committees are scheduling meetings for the calendar year, please keep these deadlines in mind. AUGUST 3, 2015::Last day for city and town committees to notify the Secretary of the Commonwealth of the number of members to be elected to each ward and town committee. AUGUST 4, 2015::Nomination Papers available at the Elections Division in the Office of the Secretary of the Commonwealth and some city and to clerks offices for ward, town and state committees. AUGUST 18, 2015::Last day for a candidate for ward, town or state committee to enroll in a party. NOVEMBER 6, 2015::Last day to submit ward, town and state committee nomination paper to Registrars of Voters for certification of signatures.
