US Forces and our government agencies have established orders in brining the relief goods to the people in Tacloban and the areas around Leyte and Samar. The roads from Manila to Samar and Leyte are OPen and Safe according to the news. Military post in every major towns in Samar and Leyte... Please consider areas that are close to you too. Norther Cebu, Panay Island, Coron, Busuanga, Mindoro... they are severely damaged and needed your help too, Check the National Disaster Coordinating Center so you can decide where to send your relief goods or to the RED CROSS and DSWD... Abs Cbn and GMA relief centers.
