FYI everyone in case you have ever heard of or dealt with Homestead Websites in California. I just spent OVER TWO HOURS on the phone with Bank of Americas Fraud Department and sent this message to Homestead Websites on their site as well as their FB page: Just so that you are aware, Bank of America just called and informed me that an account verification/per-approval was sent from your company on my debit card. I have never even heard of your company and when I tried to contact you, I was left on hold for 20 minutes. I tried to chat with you and got an obviously generic form response then ignored until your webmaster ended the session. Due to your obvious avoidance and ignoring me, I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB and using social media to inform others of your fraudulent business practices unless you give me the name of the person that tried to fraudulently access my bank account with or through your business. I have had to spend over two hours on the web and phone with Bank of Americas Fraud Department and trying to contact you via EVERY possible means to resolve this when ALL you had to do was spend a couple of minutes looking up the fraudulent transaction for me. Shame that people arent willing to spend 1/10th of the effort spent trying to defraud people to HELP them!
