FYI guys living overseas- NZF Numerous complaints made against online boutique Publish date/time: 09/10/2013 [11:15] The Consumer Council of Fiji continues to receive complaints against an online boutique. To date, the Council has received 138 complaints against this online boutique with the monetary value of $50,816. The Council is in the process of negotiating with the online boutique on behalf of the aggrieved consumers and wants them to refund every cent they took from the consumers. The Council has managed to contact the boutique and will continue to pressure them to refund the consumers money. Meanwhile, the Commerce Commission CEO Bobby Maharaj said they have also received complaints against the same online boutique. He said while they are investigating, they have also referred the matter to the Police. Maharaj said they have made numerous attempts to contact the Company on the contact details provided, but most of the time the contact details are unreachable.
