FYI... many employer plans that use a FLEXIBLE SAVINGS PLAN (FSA) as a component to the employer sponsored plans may be terminating the FSA at the end of this year. If you have money in a FSA, it may be wise to use the funds now. Some ways to use the funds would be dental or eye care that can be completed before years end. Buying several months of prescriptions now for use in the coming year. Reimburse yourself for the costs of travel expenses to the doctor, hospital, physical therapy, as well as the trips to pick up prescriptions; purchase all of the OTC meds and first aid (aspirin,Tylenol, band aids, etc) that you may need. Using the funds for eligible expenses is far better than losing the benefit !!!
