Reference to the announcement by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), the Special Professional Licensure Board Examination (SPLBE) is scheduled on October 3, 4 & 5, 2014 in Abu Dhabi UAE. In this connection, the Filipino Professional Group (FPG) in United Arab Emirates would like to inform interested applicant/examinee that the Online Application via PRC website (prc.gov.ph) and submission of requirements is until July 15, 2014 only. To interested individuals who wish to take the Board Examination, below are helpful steps and procedures to follow. Also attached for your reference are the following: PRC Announcement, FPG Registration Form, Guides for Online Application System and Policy on Payment (2013 memo). Apply thru Online Application System (OAS) at the PRC website, prc.gov.ph. latest by July 15, 2014. OAS will be closed after the said date as per PRC. a. Refer to Guide for SPLBE OAS attached. b. Examinees may seek assistance from Accredited Professional Organization (please refer list below) 2. Examinees to submit before July 15, 2014 to their respective Accredited Professional Organizations (APO) the following: a. Basic Requirements (Refer to attached PRC Announcement). Please put in long brown envelope. b. Scanned copy of requirements via email to your APO (Soft copy was required by PRC last year) c. FPG-UAE Registration Form (Please refer to the attachment) d. Payment of contribution or FPG Fee (AED 100.00) Note: *FPG Fee shall be mandatory to all examinees in UAE. It will be used for the following expenses: Courier for sending the examinees basic requirements to PRC-Manila; Proctor’s Fee; Food for Proctors, PRC delegates, volunteers and committees, and; other necessary preparations by FPG-UAE before and after examination. 3. APO to submit to Filipino Professional Group (FPG) and the Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO) the following a. Copies of provisional list of examinees b. Individual examinee’s Basic Documents in Long Brown envelope. c. Examinees soft copy of documents in USB. d. Remit examinee’s contribution (FPG Fee) to FPG Treasurer (Engr. Melchor Peralta). Treasurer to provide Acknowledgement receipt to each examinees. 4. FPG/POLO to send examinees requirements via courier after July 15, 2014. 5. PRC to send official list of examinees. 6. Payment of Examination Fee by examinee thru remittance center. All Examinees are advised to wait for the official list of examinees from PRC before payment since fee is non-refundable. Policy on Payment in 2013 is attached for your reference only. a. Policy on Payment and Fees to be advised (for any changes) b. Account Name / Account No. to be advised (for any changes) c. List of accepted Remittance centers to be advised (for any changes) 7. PRC to evaluate original copies of applicant’s documents and issuance of official receipts (tentative schedule: 8am to 5pm on September 29 & 30 and October 1 & 2, 2014 at the Bayanihan Hall, Philippine Embassy, Abu Dhabi) a. All examinees are required to report personally as per APO advise or on any of the given schedule. b. Examinees to bring all original copies of documents submitted, Examination fee receipt from remittance center and Pay AED3 for stamp. 8. Examination Day (October 3, 4 and 5, 2014) a.
