FYI, we were not meant to waste away on a couch in front of a screen, eating to satisfy our emotional state that goes a muck due to our lack of discipline and self-control. We were not meant to dwell on the thoughts of others who themselves are dwelling on the thoughts of others, seeking validation from those who seek validation. We were not meant to tiptoe around on the surface, carefully not to be ridiculed or rejected, safe from the judgments of others, and cautiously avoiding failure due to fear. We are meant to live life to the fullest; healthy and happy AND to the beat of our own drum. Just a thought… damn coffee :)
