For those with TRICARE Prime plans, the monthly rate will be $208, an increase of $28 per month. For those with TRICARE Standard Plans, the monthly rate will be $181, an increase of $25 per month. Premium Rate Changes for TRICARE Reserve Select (TRS) and TRICARE Retired Reserve (TRR) - Calendar Year 2015 Monthly premiums for the TRS program will change on 1 January 2015. For the TRS Member Only coverage, the monthly rate will decrease by 93 cents per month to $50.75 (-1.8%). For the TRS Member & Family coverage, the monthly rate will increase by $1.33 per month to $205.62 (+ 0.7%). TRR program: The monthly rate for the TRR Member Only coverage will decrease by 10 cents per month to $390.89 (-0.03%). For the TRR Member & Family coverage, the monthly rate will increase by $4.70 per month to $961.35 (+5.0%).
