Fabiano’s Reyka Vodka Part 2 of 4 Turns out there is a whole bunch you can eat in the wilderness and what they discovered they made into a 4 course meal over a campfire. The first course was deep fried seaweed, which we have on good authority tastes like popcorn! That was followed by a nettle, wild garlic and water cress soup and then on to Sea bass, a burdock pakora with sea beets in a spicy creamy sauce. They finished with a Japanese Knotweed crumble (Japan knotweed tastes like rhubarb, unripe plum and tomato, and while may be a menace to gardeners, makes a mean syrup or crumble filling!) and was washed down with plenty of Reyka!
