Fabrication standard: - Boiler body is fabricated by Dong Anh Pressure equipment Joint stock company according standard ASME - Section VIII Division 1, TCVN 7704:2007; 8366:2010. - Hot rolled steel plate according America’s standard ASTM, steel marking:A515/ Q245R. - Boiler tubes according standard ASTM A106Gr.B; GB 3087-2008 (professional standard for boiler tubes). - Fabrication feature, fabricating material + Upper and lower drum are fabricated by hot roiled steel plate A515/Q245R which are imported from Korea – China. + Drums are fabricated on the modern machines such as rolling machine, automatic welding machine… Manholes is designed resonate, mechanical hygiene, repair easily. + Steam generating tubes: are fabricated by boiler seamless steel tube according ASTM -106 Gr “B”; GB 3087-2008. + Technical standard: Flanges: - 10K / 20K - JIS B2220 Valves : 10K / 20K - JIS + Platform and ladder are fabricated by iron, steady, convenient for operation. - In the processing, the engineers need to supervise about pressure equipments safety.
