Role: Sr. SoftWare Engineer / Consultant Exp: 3 - 6yrs; Location: Chennai; Skills specification: Experience in requirement gathering, analysis and working on functional specification, design & development Strong coding experience in Core Java & J2ee preferably from banking domain Should have hands on exp in Java, JSF / Spring Should have strong exp in JSP, Servlets Should have strong exp in HTML, CSS, Javascript, Jquery Exp in Unix/Linux, Shell scripting is nice to have Knowledge in JMS, MQ, XML is nice to have Knowledge in performance tuning of SQL queries is nice to have Strong exp in EJB / JMS / MQ is highly desirable Should be hard core in writing complex queries, stored procedures, triggers, etc Should be strong in Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) with UML Holding banking product development exp is highly desirable (But domain is not a constraint) Well hands to work as an individual contributor to interact and work with clients. Should have hands on experience in SDLC Knowledge in CMMI Process is nice to have Should have Ability to understand business processes & mine projects onsite, coupled with sound technical knowledge.
