Facebook Friends you have only today left: The government or Canada is doing a survey on some proposed changes on our nutrition labels. I think it is imperative to weigh in and understand that this is for packaged foods. One thing I think could be added to the ingredient list is whether it contains GMO foods. These proposed changes is actually really important so our health does not decline in the way the USA has. Please take 5 min to do this survey, whether you just type in Yup, looks good. or have lengthier answers like mine. This will be the only changes they will make for years and its quite the overhaul.
